@rosedreams from where did you buy both these items in Karachi.
by the way the flex seed in called alsi in urdu but dont know what chia seeds called in urdu.

I’m not In Karachi- But you may get it from Agha’s perhaps. Or you can order all kinds of amazing health stuff including the seeds from iherb.com. Not sure if they deliver in Khi though.
