Hello
Leaving for Karachi and Dubai in june.
problem is everytime I go there my hair goes crazy, its already curly/wavy on top of that it gets even more puffier/dry/frizzy.
whats wierd is that everytime I go and use a striagtner there .. my hair doesnt get straigtened :S
I think cuz of the climate.
Any recommended hair products. And my chi straigtener is pretty good, would it work there or will I face the same problem.
Re: Chi Straigteners In Karachi
i wouldn't take my chi stgt. to pakistan...i have heard stories of it getting damaged from the electrical outages.
What i did...is i got a stgt. in Dubai and used that in pakistan...works great.
Re: Chi Straigteners In Karachi
Really ?
I cant live without my CHI, its the only straigtener that can deal with my hair.
I bought a phillips one from pakistan and it sucks!
Re: Chi Straigteners In Karachi
u can use a stabilizer in karachi with ur Chi straightener. THat would help
and i m sure it will do justice wit ur hair. :)
Re: Chi Straigteners In Karachi
I bought a sedu .. i am in love with sedu's for my hair. I have thick curly hair.. They sell a version to use in Pakistan. Definitely worth the money. So I have both.. one for here and one for Pakistan.

do not use you rchi starightner in karach!! It says on the Chi box not to use it with voltag converters (since the voltage is different in Karachi than in USA and you can infact use many electrical products with a voltage converter there. I would recommendgetting a GHQ starigthner from Dubai or the UK. See if you can get it rom ebay UK and if theseller would ship it to teh US. Many do. On the less expensive side, I have heard good thigs about the Babyliss starightner from the UK. I woud buy that if I wa sjust going thre for a short period. There are so many fake products in Pakistan that I would not recommend buying a straightner from there.
