Read about Chotu Rama in an Urdu novel. The writer said that he not only helped Muslims to get rid of banyas, but was able to get pass a law according to which only Jats could own agricultural lands.
I searched and found some comments, which says that Choto Rama is revered by Jats like Muslim rever the Prophet Muhammad (SAW), Sikhs revers Guru Gobin Singh and Christians rever Jesus.

oh ok…as i said, he is NOT known in India in the present time. Ambedkar is…and, Mayawati built a controversial huge park in his memory.
