Anything but fried stuff like chips/fries
She had a a boiled egg but for lunch wanted chips I’m.worried.they are friedstuff and she has a cough.won’t eat anything else

Soups, with chicken, veggies, noodles or boiled macroni. Make mashed potatoes with gravy to replace fried chips.

Noodles (not the instant ones) , no spice chicken Salan , omelette , chicken yakhni pulao , butter sandwiches , egg fried rice etc. give her things which has yakhni or chicken or egg
