Oh for Pete’s sake…WOMEN CAN do chest presses.

There’s this whole stigma attached to this particular area of exercise…that by performing chest exercises, women will develop a flat chested, muscular look like a body builder.

FALSE!!!

Exercising your chest area is great for women who want to strengthen their shoulders and arms, improve their posture and prevents sagging. If you don’t want to use the machine, you can do the incline/decline chest press/chest fly using dumbbells…or even simple press ups.

Trust me, you have nothing to worry about. I’ve been doing chest press exercises (which are a part of my exercise regime) for a long time and i do not look like the Hulk, promise!!! Furthermore, your trainer is YOUR trainer for a reason…i’m sure they know that you’re not wanting to look like a female anabolic-steroid-abusing body builder.

Never said they CANNOT do, did I. I only mentioned what could be the result.

How much weight you use or time yiou spend on this machine by the way?
