okay not exactly chest, its just a slight stingy sort of pain in left breast. i cant breath properly for a few seconds and if i try to force breathing, it hurts really badly. but after couple of times trying to take a deep breath it disappears.

i’ve been to the docs few times in my life. got every thing checked up from head to toe, including cardio check up. nothing comes up. docs believe it might be the weather changes. but it still happens. or do u think i shud go and get myself checked again? it has been a long time since my last check up, i think 6 years now.

it happens... :-/ .. mayb its just a gas...but get urself checked up any way .... is it a sharp piercing pain?!?! or just a pain all over ??

it's not gas, or the docs wud have told me about it. yea its kinda sharp piercing type.

happens to me a lot....
but i dont ever refer to a doc, cuz he might say something related to the heart and give me unwanted tension....

happens to me only at night, when i go to bed....

Maybe some veins overlap eachother, if it happens occasionally.

If it happens regularly then you should consult doctor

I get it too, except it happens on the far left side of my chest.

It's intensely irritating when it happens when driving at 70mph, when it strikes from out of nowhere I have to fight hard to not move the steering wheel as I seize up a little in pain....

yeah its gas...used to have a lot, a few years back. Its gone now.

Suroor i would suggest, u go out for long walks, or jogging, or anything physical.

LOL. you ppl eat toooooo much and tooo pickled. Probably this is just a spasm of ur gullet (esophagus). Try eating less and not in such a hurry, it will help relaxing the muscles :p

i’ve had this problem for a long time. but no one can figure it out. arvind, i think i did but it was a while ago.

time for another check up i guess.

Relieved.....I thought I was the only one.....as armughal pointed out I didnt go to a dr for fear of getting a tension...I do get that at the time when I go to sleep or when I drive...sometimes when I am alone, I get this pain. Psychological factor may be!

Well, I used to think that I am gonna have anjina attack, astagfirulla but hey happend to me a lot of times. A sharp pang that shoot upto the left shoulder, sometimes down towards the chest. And you feel you can’t even breath’cuz the moment you inhale , you feel that pain surge…No more though… i think its happens when you are in your early twenties not mid or late twenties like moi :smiley: uskay baad baray baray attak hotay hain

Another problem kinda related to it is mentioned by Code Red…sometimes it can be due to a muscle pull or overlapping of veins

Suroor you said the last time you had a physical exam was 6 years ago. I think its very much due again. See an M.D. or whatever they are called in Canayda :D
