Naqsa with 12.5% Tca u hav nothing to wory abt. its a mild peel. i dunno what r ur goals or expectations for the peel is but this % might not cause much/any flaking. 12.5% can be repeated every 1-2 weeks so the down time is 1-2 weeks only.
i skipped 12.5% n started straight with a 15% tca at home n it did almost nothing for me. my down time was 2-3 weeks. it started to flake in 2nd week only. Since i did 2 layers on my cheeks n 1 layer over rest of face n neck only my cheeks got some results.rest of the face (the forehead) got lil bit flaky the chin n neck turned out to be most stubborn ones n had no effect.
I have also tried 55% lactic acid peels twice so far. i dunno wat they did for me. Since i already use Apple cider vingar on regular basis i didn't feel 55% anything stronger than ACV. the lactic acid has no down time and can be repeated every week.
