In fact, we loved Thunder Cats so much that me and my siblings used to take on their names while playing: I was Tygra (intellectual!!), my elder sister was Cheetara (obvious choice), my lil bro Panthro (my bro liked the nunchucks and Panthro’s mechanical expertise), and my lil sis Snarf (though I know Snarf was male!!)
There was just one thing I really despised about Thunder Cats, they had to end every one of their episodes with a joke accompanied by a hearty laugh by everyone, it didn’t matter whether the joke was funny or not.
I liked that sound he made in their title song, as in “Telehawk, cheeeeeeiN”, that was cool. I also liked that Silver Hawk kid in red, the way he used to talk in whistles
** Panthro ** : well liona we cant thank you enough for saying us again
** Liono: ** no need to thank me .. it would take a lot more than mumbra and his evil friends to break us up
** Snarf: ** i hope i still have my nine lives left by that time
thunder cats are on the move

Well, when I see some of these cartoons now, I feel embarassed looking at the crap I watched... But transformers was not one of them... It was a great show, with lots of technical insight into weaponary, vehicles, aerial combat etc
