This is very true. The key is the ad has to be different in some way to get people’s attention. If you think about it, we remember the stupid ads better. The kabab king wound’t even have been mentioned in the thread if it wasn’t the cheesiest. Those restaurant owners will have to sell the restaurant to make it different in good way so they make it different in a bad but effective way. I learned that in Marketing 101. :slight_smile:

Then u ppl should tune in to VECTONE-Urdu (for those who can watch it) ...... Since it's a telecom company behind this channel they r praising their own tel cards atleast 21 hrs. a day and the rest is made of news and songs which always end up in an advertisment of their bloody cards ......

"Din ho ya raat, aap telephone card kahan say khareedain gay ??? VECTONESHOP.COM par log on kijiyay etc. etc." if i could i would beat the sh** out of this chap .....

U ppl on the otherside of the Atlantic shouldn't be so gracious with ur praising of UK-Ads ..... for hose who had the honour to watch the sharjah cup via ARY Digital can tell u how annoying these ads were especially when actaully the game went on but u're still watching these cheap and annoying ads
