Can someone please give me tried & tested recipe for cheesecake. I will really appreciate it. I need it fast.

YOu should search for it in this forum, there are several recipes i am sure.

this is the one i made and it was heavenly…New York Cheesecake III Recipe
i haven’t tried this one yet but it sounds much less labour-intensive…
it always helps to read reader comments for these recipes too as other people will have tried and tested variations and adjustments and usually have good tips to give re: baking the cheesecake.
