Sounds interesting, I think I will try this!
How much cheese do we need and how long does it need to be frozen for? Whats mustard sauce?
2 teaspoons of red chilli seems like alot, is it really spicy?
Thanks Elegance! Sorry I have so many questions!

1- You need 1 tablespoon shredded Cheddar cheese.
2- Don't put it in the freezer for more than 10 to 15 minutes. Defrost it 5 minutes before you fry.
3- Mustard Sauce is easily available in the shops, "sauce of prepared mustard thinned with vinegar and vegetable oil with sugar and seasonings".
4- 2 tea spoons of red chilli powder is the normal quantity, but if you want to reduce this quantity then you can, it's your choice.
I tried to give satisfactory response to all your confusions.
Next time I would take pic to show you how it looks like.
Elegance, I tried looking for mustard sauce in the grocery store but couldnt find it! Would it be in the condiments aisle with the regular mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup etc or somewhere else?
Thanks
