i want to make cheese rolls. does anyone know how to make cheese rolls with regualr cheddar cheese. the roti would be that of spring rolls which u get from oriental stores.

Just make a filling with shredded or chopped cheese+ other things you might want to put in like some vegetables or some kind of meat. If you you want just cheese then make a mixture of egg, ricotta cheese, chedder cheese, some italitian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix all the ingredients well and make either rolls, or samosa shape or ravioli kind of thing. just try different shapes.
