Cheese in Europe has more ‘culture’ than USA.

A guppy in General forum recently said, there are cheeses in Europe that are older and have more ‘culture’ than the US’.

By using the word more in the above statement, it implies that the US has ‘some’ culture?

I think the above statement would have been accurate, if the guppy had said, ’cheese has ‘culture’, and the US doesn’t’.

I am sure the Americans would like to disagree. Once they have checked ‘Merriam-Webster’ for the meaning of the word ‘culture’.

Americans do have a culture its this one:

Mind you between the cheese and the corporate (read; greed) culture the cheese wins hand downs. :)

The US lacks culture period.
