I used ricotta the other day for the first time. Made a ricotta, sun dried tomato and red onion pizza and it was so delicate in flavour.
I like whilte mild cheddar. Versatile and nice in sandwiches, white sauces, etc.
Mozarrella is nice too for tarts and simple salads.

I used to LOVE cheese…but i can live without it now 
As a snack, whole mozarella…i just dont like skim/fat free cheese..maybe in lasagna or pizza etc. And yes, this is the string cheese from grocery stores..

.. Im a HUGE fan of all cheeses:yummy:.. I love cheese the best with fruit and crackers … my fav are the classic French soft cheeses ( yeah all the fattening ones!!
).. but also love hard cheeses including the Reds- Leicester… I cant tolerate the salt in the blue veined cheeses. but give me a slice of Gouda with cumin or creamy brie on a water biscuit.. im in heaven!!!.. AN orgasmic thread Maroush:wub:

You can't beat a good old Stilton... smellier the better!!!
Wensleydale and brie are pretty yum too .... and you can't beat warm, crusty bread dipped into melting camembert...!!!
