Cheese and onion pasty?

Anyone know how to make greegs cheese and onion pasties? We dont have greeg here in denmark and my hubby is from uk, and he just love them.. Want to make them for him.. Help plzzz?

The original Gregg's Cheese & Onion Pasty has a fair amount of mashed potatoes along with cheddar cheese and finally chopped onions.
