I finally saw this flick breaking my trend of the last 10 or so years of not watching Bollywood masala films. I have to say I am pleasantly surprised at the story, script and dialogue delivery. Amitabh for a change has not done the bhangra style dances that I see him do in songs of some recent films. Tabu is beautiful, innocent and graceful as ever. I loved her in Chandni Bar and Takshak. A good movie overall.
I like the movie, interesting characters and story development...i liked the child actor but HATE the name..why do they not think it's wrong to use the word Sexy to nickname a child?
Dawa i Dil - I think you are generalizing and also confusing Indian movies w/ Indian soaps. Even Pakistani soaps are copying Indian soaps heavily now with no story and just make up and weird camera angles.
We were discussing Cheeni Kum the movie here which is a little hatke by the regular bollywood fare

I too found the child's name 'sexy' and some of her dialogues quite disturbing. I am still trying to figure out what message the director was trying to deliver here. Her last conversation with Buddha was very interesting where she makes him go back to Tangdi Kabab.
Excellent work by the dialogue writer. If you like witty conversations, u've gotta see this one. All actors did well including the little girl. Special mention for the line "Aye silent movie , sound dey na"
