Cheek's exercise

Anyone knows any way to reduce fat or chubbiness of the cheeks? It just occured to me that after constant eating chocolates all day long I seemed to have lipohyperplasia on my cheeks - face cheeks that is.

Any way to get it outta there except to reduce chocolates?

I do laugh n smile alot and it makes my cheeks more prominent Maddy.

hmm i dont really know but i suppose just have 1 gum everyday lol and however long its taste lasts-lol! its not something that i have done personally or anything but i m just telling what i have heard. It makes sense to cuz it excercises your muscles...hmmm!

If it's chubbiness around d neck as well as cheeks, try sleeping widout a pillow - wid d back of ur head flat on d bed - apparently face appears more toned in d morning - but if u want good results u need to keep it up for at least a few days... lol... good luck!

lol I was trying to find exercises for the very same problem! I read about massaging your face daily.. apparently it increased blood flow and does something.. I forgot what though...

unfortunately, im convinced through my own cheek-experience that they are khandaani and entirely genetics, so you can't really do anything reasonable. unreasonably, you could try and lose a ton of weight but then you'd probably look sick.
