Well, in other news, protesters gather in Hong Kong to demonstrate against proposed electoral changes announced by the Chinese government. Everyone, it seems, is protesting against corrupt governments these days.

this is not something new, this has happened before...even Zardari's check to Ajmer Mujaavirs bounced. lol
this is a criminal act in at least Canada and the western world. if the government doesn't have enuf money in the bank, the responsible people [like signer of the check] should go to jail for writing 'BAD Checks'.

mera eik check bounce ho jayee tu begum check book lai lai gi wapus k laoo tum sai manage nahi hota. Yahan there are families depending on those checks for their food and shelter but ITS OK. SS is the best chief minister and democracy is the best revenge!
