if i'am trying to shed some lbs i get on it everyday.. but if i'am off track i just stay as far from the scale as possible

Every morning. It let's me monitor if I've been bad or good and whether I need to keep a check on what I've been eating.

Well i like to check my weight every 3 days or so. And what it does is..keeps me motivated to eat healthy stuff..

Every 1-2 months. Usually when I notice the scales at my mum’s place, which is usually when I’m cleaning there
. Don’t have any at my place. Just interesting to see how it/if it fluctuates.

I know some people who check their weight after each meal. They are getting annoying now.

I check it everyday in the morning , it keeps me on track to control my urges and cravings to indulge into binge eating or excessive snacking.

Since I am trying to lose, I check one a week. Every Sundays before breakfast. Sometimes if I get tempted I'll check on a Thursday as well but if I haven't lost anything by the middle of the week my morale goes down & if I have lost good amount then I end up cheating so once a week it is for me.
