How does one check public records of someone living in Canada. We don’t mind paying but I can’t seem to find any sites for Canda

Depends on the type of information you're seeking. Information covered by privacy legislation would be very near impossible to obtain and information in the public domain can be found, but you have to go the appropriate registrar/record-keeper for the information or do research for yourself. Can you divulge what type of information you're looking for? Maybe one of the Canucks has experience looking for something similar.
