From what I know he chechen people have been treated badly for ages. They where even banned from speaking their own langauge (it's un-civalised according to russians) after returning from re-education camps. However we come to the dilema again of how a legitiemate war should be fought. I personally cant justify any attacks on innocent civilians, women or children such as that of the moscow theatre siege, suicide bombings on buses and planes. Targeting of any military personel in chechnya or russia. Political targets also included. Some will say suicide bombings allowed some scholers give their reasons on the israel Palestine front and legitemacy but I cant find no justufication for attacks on civilans. Most of the radicalistion to attacking civilians comes from the middle east egypt,algeria and the gulf. To fight a war money is needed and after public fun raising stopped in many countries such as the UK (some chechens used to collect money after namaz for wepaons at my mosque long time ago) a lot of the finace comes from rich individuals from the gulf region who want to have the war fought on their terms.

The secularists only open there mouths when chechens kill russians when the Russian military kill day in day everyday year in year out bombarding chechenya into dust you don't even hear the secualrists even blink an eyelid!
