Just a slight difference here mannz, more like a technicality. Smoking dancing dressing inappropriately music swearing even consensual sex (between an unmarried couple) is between the person and Allah. Only Allah knows if He will forgive or not.
Cheating on the other hand is
- Breach of a promise/contract i.e. nikah = basement level 35 of hell for the cheater,
- Breaking another human being’s heart / causing someone extreme pain and misery = Allah will not forgive unless that other person forgives. And on D-Day that other person will have no pressure to forgive.
Idea being bad deeds are mainly categorized as either between you and Allah (chance of forgiveness) or between you and another human being (good chance of no forgiveness)
Philosophy sorry to have gone off-topic here. Cheating is very alive and kickin’ and very rampant in Pakistan. Men do it more (hire prostitutes etc) but women do it just as much. The idea that women facilitate it is retarded. It is consensual sex between two sane people. Both are equally responsible.
