Hello, Im looking for a cheap digicam to give to my relatives in pakistan for eid.Looking at a cam under 300bucks canadian…all i want is :

Hammad, I know Pilot has bought one, an HP digicam, with all the lawazmat you are looking for...He was telling me that he bought it from Henry's (I don't know if that rings a bell to you or not) for only CAD $125. It was on special last week.

yup that rings a bell. but henrys is too far for me. im guessin pilot got the PHOTOSMART 120. which im trying to stay away from so far. i might get it if i dont decide fast. ive heard bad rumours about it. any other recommendations?

Nope.. no personal experience.
Though Olympus D-550 is a pretty good one, so I am assuming 490 won't be too bad.
And Kodak's LS 420 didn't had great results.. just ok. Dunno about this one.
