chawal with lamb...how do i make it???

hey everyone… hope your all well :slight_smile:

need some help with a recipe… i did try searching it to see if anyone else has posted it cant find it.

my inlaws always make tasty chawal with lamb pieces mixed in (sometimes with aloo and chickpeas too).

The chawal turns out a really nice brown colour.

i dont no what masala they use when they make it and how…anybody made something like this?

i no they use garam masala, curry powder, tandoori powder and ajwain alot in their dishes but not sure if they use it in this rice dish.

if you know or got your own version please post.

it's called Ruz Bukhari i think....i don't have a good recipe, i'm still experimenting.

I think this is also a kind of Pulao of Pilaf! Is it called dum pukht as well? And biryani too is a a kind of pulao - indanised with spices!
