I really don’t see anyone in the chat room. I see empty head icons (grey heads), with no names, can’t see what I type, can’t see what others type.
Everyone is saying they are in chat and it works fine. I can’t tell if people are pulling my leg.

I'm on firefox. Working just fine. Try clearing history/cache, and see if you can access chat then.

Ok, it works with internet explorer, but it is not working with firefox.
Are you guys serious? Firefox? Really? It's a popular browser and you wont support that browswer for your chat room application??

uninstall flash and java
restart pc / laptop
install flash and java (download it from their website)

When I was using my old PC tht had a number of issues GS chat had problems too:(
