i wanna know too!! i have heard of fruit chaat but once in pakistan i had a nice spicy

chaat but dont know whats it called?! :( please...please someone

yeah you could add yogurt to any kinda chaat. when i make it with chickpeas i boil them, peel and cut a potato and boil it. then just mix hari mirch, salt, lal mirch, lemon juice, cilantro, tomatoes, chaat masalah, just the basics, but i guess my 'secret ingredient' is maggie's tamarina sauce. but theres a restaurant here that serves dahi balleh chaat (with 1 balla and chickpeas SO GOOD!) but i have noticed their chickpeas are just boiled, no masala mixed into em.
