Chat Issue

I am unable to access chat.

When I click on it a window pops up & says
“loading Application 100%
loading Resources 92%”

& its just stuck at this point.
Why is this happening?

Tried it the 1st time loading resources was 94% & stuck at it & the 2nd time it was stuck at 92%

there is nothing wrong on this end. call your tech support/ khalla / mamo or whoever knows computers.
