Charade

Re: Charade

Make is 3 layers. Even with 2 layers it’s not possible lancer is a sub compact car and not wide enough. Why you guys didn’t call Guinness book of world records?

Re: Charade

Re: Charade

irem-- i spent most of my life in the back of my dads station wagon .. :p

and wait that was the GTT not the TT.. i never drove one cuz i was too small back then but a twin tubro charade ? ill take one anyday

Re: Charade

Back to the topic

there was no twin turbo charade, there were only single ones - the GTti of late 80's meant (Gran Turismo Turbo f/injection) - that was the only car that could pump 100 hp/litre in stock form.

The De-tomaso of mid 80's - had a cool body kit from Italy and a brutish 1.0 litre SOHC engine pumping 79 hp in stock form,

Both these cars shoved the driver into the seat when the boost came on HARD.

but there were more econobox charades than turbocharged ones.

Re: Charade

Dont forget it was pronounced Sha-Raad.

Re: Charade

It's still pronounced Sha-Raad. lol
And there are plenty still around.

Re: Charade

My dad owned that car during the early 80s lol.
