Any tried and tested products? I bought a tube of Carmex lipbalm today but i’m not sure how long it’ll take for the lips to be back to normal or does it even work?

Elizabeth Arden 8 hour face protectant, amazing for the lips!

Also before u apply balm at night time, dampen a toothbrush and lightly brush ur lips

EA 8 hour cream is quite good. Lush sugar scrubs are really ideal for the current cold weather. I'm using mine every other day followed by lots of burts bees lip balm.

Aquaphor, vaseline, chapstick.........all of it works for me.

The Carmex that comes in jars is way better and vastly different than the tube one.

Whatever you use, be consistent with re-applying whenever you feel like it's dry and your chapped lips will disappear in a week, for sure. Also, just something else to do is drink more water. Load of difference.

Vaseline has never done anything for me......ever!
Blistex does wonders.
I think there's a product by Burts Bees that works well too.

I agree with Sara516 - Aquaphor is very good. Plus it can be used on other dry areas of the face too. I have used EA 8 hr in the past and for some reason am allergic to it. It makes my lips swell up everytime I use it! So watch out for that. I have heard it is common.

Thank you guys. I have started drinking more water than I usually do and that has helped lol Apart from that I use my carmex balm ( whenever I remember)

Apparently dr warts nipple cream is supposed to be good for the lips?
