I was watching some health show and the woman swore by it, i will defo try it (when i can be bothered!)
The method
soak 10 black channe in water overnyt, in the morning chew and eat them and drink the water…really weird, but it was a fone in show and lots of ppl were sayin that it works! works best on an empty stomach first thing in the morning..i think i will try it tom!!! although i dnt think ive ever seen black channe! and they have to be the dry uncooked ones…xx
