Changing Pakistan's national language?

Re: Changing Pakistan’s national language?

and in india ppl learn each others language easily once they r transferred from on state to other.

Re: Changing Pakistan's national language?

IMO problem lies in ignoring the regional languages more than the Urdu being national language. Each regional language should be promoted on the regional basis and Urdu should be kept as a National Language after all Urdu is more widely spoken in Pakistan (at least now) than other options presented (like Farsi, Arabic etc).

Assumption that Urdu is the cause of "Indianization" of Pakistan is as wrong as it can get. Afterall we still can differentiate b/w Britishers and Americans even though both speak english (British English and American English).

Re: Changing Pakistan’s national language?

but british do watever amreeka say

Re: Changing Pakistan’s national language?

So you think once we switch to Farsi or Arabic, we wont do what America say?

Re: Changing Pakistan’s national language?
