yeah no. sitting around at a public place holding a baby with a stinky diaper is more offensive. both to people around and to the poor baby. i really don’t see whats offensive about a baby being changed at a bus stop.

nothing wrong with changing a baby anywhere anytime. Make sure it remain private enough , I have seen people changing diaper in full public view. Steps can be taken to make sure that it remains as private as it can be. You can always find a private enough spot everywhere where you can change a baby’s diaper.
