Changing diaper in full public view is offensive , unless you have no choice , in that case too make sure you are using your body to hide the action.
Never saw anybody changing diaper on dining table, that is beyond disgusting , that is dumb , plain and simple.

yeah no. sitting around at a public place holding a baby with a stinky diaper is more offensive. both to people around and to the poor baby. i really don’t see whats offensive about a baby being changed at a bus stop.
