For couples, how many times do you change your bedsheets/ quilts? I would think once a week is fine. and change the quilt, every 2/3 months?

once a week is good enough and I change the quilt covers along as well ..

I change sheets all around the house in all bedrooms including the kids and guest bedroom twice a week…same goes for the duvet covers; yes we have a lot of duvet covers now :smiley:

Once a week about bed sheets, and once a month Duvet Covers.

omg… am I the only one who changes sheet covers about once every 3 weeks? :bummer:

but on the plus side I change the quilt cover at the same time as the sheets!

All bedding every two weeks, but my sons cot bedding is changed at least once a week if not more.

I used to do it once a week but now do it every two weeks.
