Marital rapists are punished. After the case of R v. R, it was established that it is possible for a husband to rape his wife. Before this case this aspect wasn't classed as a criminal offence.

You mean muslims in England? or Islamic countries?
Muslims here in England: I haven't come across a case on this aspect where the defendant and victim are muslims. That doesn't mean they don't get registered though (they might do but rarely)
