I don't know if anybody else noticed this or not but I've been here long enough that I couldn't help but notice. Have a look at the new mod selections, most of them are either friends/buddies/blog-buddies with TLK/Niksik aunty (hi) or the channel managers.
I am just throwing it out there as an **observation **from my end, time will tell if surrounding yourself with those who sing your praise actually works to make gupshup a better place or take it further into group/gang-baazi and cultist slums that I mentioned in one of the threads here in feedback.
oh and back in EB days, I made sure that EB is in my buddy list and he gets mango crate every summer and gulabjaman every Eid… my hard work certainly paid off!!!

Somehow I believe and relate to what he is saying, its allways been like this and I have been here long enough to observe this even if we deny it this is how the world/business works, you would never want to surround urself with your enemies right?
Anyway why do you care, we are here to have our time, learn something, give and take and then go back to our 'real' lives, that's what matter more than cyber life.

from a different perspective, one can also say that I have so many friends on Gs that even if I pick people randomly (based on their other strengths) most of them would turn out to be my friends to begin with.
Third point is, Azkar/Muzna/X2 picked me as Director cause I have a long list of friends on GS, so they knew that I will stay out of trouble for most of the part cause I dont have any animosity with anyone in general

You really think that I have friends kaa tolaa around me :D. I am not sure what is your definition of friends, but yes, they are not my foes... and honestly no one is on GS for that matter. I think you should be knowing that.
