Almost all the mods transitioned over to the new team. Whole team was picked after hours and hours of Conf. Calls between Azkar, Muzna, X2 and I.
At the end, for the records, I take full responsibility of all the mods and CMs that were picked.
**Qualification **was the 4rth criteria that I looked for ..
first was Trust, then Responsible attitude as a guppy, then *willingness to learn *(i.e. submit to the written policies of GS)
Majority of the team that I picked, I have trust that when I send them one PM and ask them not to do certain thing, they will listen and will not argue on how right they are, they will not send me links of past threads to prove their innocence or how evil the other party is, they will not challenge my position.
In an organizational setup, Trust, Responsibility and Teachability are more important than qualifications ..
If Qualification was important, then we would be looking for a professional photographer for Image section and a Mufti for religious section
