When people become friends & then they get married, what all of a sudden changes their feelings towards each other ( like from friends to spouses ) ? Like he is friends with others too but why this immediate change of feelings towards that particular friend & why nit others ?

I don't think it's an instant change of feelings.
Once you decide to settle down with someone, your mind automatically trains itself to love that person. You're first attracted to the little things - mannerisms, way of dressing, personality quirks and all that blossoms into full fledged affection and attraction. It certainly does not happen overnight. Once your marriage is publicly announced, you can probably spend more time together, buy each other lovey dovey gifts and all the good stuff. You automatically zone out your other friends because you want to focus on this one special person.
