Has anyone noticed the changes in Geo and ARY this year for Ramadaan transmission? Geo now has Junaid Jamshed and Sahir Lodhi hosting the inaam ramzaan and Aamir Liaquat hosting the shows on ARY. Has anyone seen it? How was it?

is it coming in pakistan? we have heard about the change, but the sehri and aftari transmission are not coming in USA.

I know that the ARY transmission is not coming in US yet but I did watch Geo yesterday and JJ and Sahir were there.....

ya i saw sahir hosting on geo, amir liaquat has left geo so i guess they got sahir. the US transmission really needs to be improved, they never update the programme guide, it says one thing and shows something entirely different, so no idea whats coming when. dramas shown here are all old and repeated instead of new stuff which is showing in pakistan, i don't get that.

Geo got noor ul hasan, junaid jamshed and sahir lodhi. And yes I agree with how poor our guide is. It is not updated we can't even put timer on

so far .. enjoying Junaid’s words of wisdom on human existence and Islam:k:… now watching Lodhi looking all spruced up and rather young speaking about Paksitan’s current affairs why Pakistan is so special

watched the JJ show where he had Inzi on which was pretty good.
Amir Liaqat's intros on Alim and Alaam are really good so I do listen to those where they narrate some beautiful hadiths.

i watch both geo and ary
geo addition to sahir lodhi is pretty goood he knows how to talk...young generation and influential with good questions and poetry
aamir liaqat on other hand is with ary now and acting decent (not that i disliked him before, i used to watch his shows religiously) and he talks with ulma there and share hadiths and recites naat
both channels r doing good interms of Ramadan
these channels r blessings for muslim living abroad :)

excellent transmissions, very educational and moving segments especially Junaid Jamshed's. the segment where sahir invites a common joe off the street to talk about his life, is truly inspiring, there is such a disconnect between people there and this is an admirable effort to try and bridge that gap. sahir is a pretty decent host, when he talks less about himself and focuses more on the guests.

I totally agree. Sahir is relatable and he talks sense so i am loving the GEO special Ramadan transmission.
