Starting from 21st May,2007 International access codes will change from 0 to 00 or +
Only for Doha Qatar residents.
so…remeber to put 00 or + before dial international number from Qatar.

Most countries in the world have 00 as the international access code anyway. So I guess Qatar is now following their footsteps.

Actually from the US its not 00, its 011.
