u can try those crafty indian stalls… i find bout 2-3 in every shopping centre i go to..
u can wear em with jeans :love: or even a nice dress (which i dont own)
i tried wearing them with shilwar kameez.. but they just overdo it so i stick with the one dangly string
The one dangly strings rawk!!!!!!!!! I like the ones that match my belt. I have one that's full of beads, to wear with a matching choker. I do the liking of it aslo.
u know what i love even more... the old jhumke type earings.. my aunt got me soem from india (i think) cute lil silver ones... they go with everything i own :)
i need to get one of those belts! i have this fabric one with sequence on it.. its like u tie it around ur waist..
jhumkay, they look so cute and baliyaan. u can get them at indian jewelry stores.
With jeans and plain colored shirts. You can get them from Pakistan, my sister got some from me for only 60 ruppees which is a dollar, I think.

i am absolutely in love with them. no matter where you go, you can find them here. the cool accessories stores (like Claire’s for example) to the little khokas that you find with jewellery. all have them! from semi-precious stones to the ones with fake stones/glass. all kinds of colors! :love: i want to get one of every color though! so far…it is not too too successful. but i am getting there.
one of the ways to wear them is ofcourse with your shalwar kameez. it is like it is made for them. they are soo desi-style, i think that might have to do with it. another way it to wear it when you are dressed up. you know, pants, a nice shirt and stuff. or a dress, like sadzz mentioned. i like to wear them with my jeans and t-shirt when i want to dress up a bit. it looks really nice. takes you to another level of being dressed up-ed.
Me and sis just splurged on similiar earrings at claire's. Bought like three pairs but htey are beautiful.The ones with fake stones (cubic zirc or wtever its called). We wore them with simple shalwar kameezs and as Khumar said, they bring a new meaning to dressing up. :)
I bought a cutie pink colored one recently and now I’m waiting for an outfit of the same color so I can wear’em
