that i made lastnight after a long long while came out to be suuuuuuuuperbbbbbb

cook ur mutton like u would for alu gosht … boil ur channa dal separate.. in a lil salt..

when u r bhoonifying ur meat… and oil separates,add some ground garam masala and pour over the sizzling meat the cooked daal ..along with the water its cooked in.. should hear a chaaann soundd .. make sure there isnt too much water , mix together and let it simmer for 5 mins.. serve with hara dhania .. hari mirch .. and raw piaaz circles..

p.s. the meat should b a lil fatty for best taste
