and above all this Kent is protesting real hard agasint the inclusion of Sialkot team as it included Razzaq and Rana Naved when they won the T20 Tournament on the basis of which they are included in T20CL !

^ That was last year. Sialkot won again this year in October. They are without Asif or Rana this year.
That is Kent's main argument that Teams for T20CL were finalized and announced before the outcome of this years Pakistan's T20 and Sialkot was included on the basis of win in 2007 which included Rana and Razzaq etc
Counter argument is that AT THAT POINT IN TIME, there was no ICL problem
