champions' league knock out phase

Re: champions' league knock out phase

As nescio said, Chelsea V Liverpool was a classic. As a neutral it made for a great game with a hat ful of goals. Torres on the night was pretty much checked by chelsea's defense. Now for their match with Barcelona, with Cole out and Hiddink not having any natural left back for the game, it sure is a concern with Messi playing on the left and at present un-stoppable. I still see Chelsea winning the tie thou, despite how well Barcelona are playing.

Great news indeed, i was quietly confident with Ferdinand and Vidic re-establishing their partnership at the back, they've been the bedrock of a strong defence this season and as a result, most of porto's attacks on goal were long distance hit and hope shots.

Now for their game with Arsenal, they've had some great games in previous years, but surprisingly never met each other in european competition, i see Man U winning thou with us being home for the second leg and hopefully prolong i record of being 23 games unbeaten in EU.
