Arsenal had an easy group last time around aswell. Group H will be interesting. AC and Barca. Ever since schevchenko left they have gone downhill quite noticeably

manchester city spend big money but i think they cannot handle teams like man utd, real madrid, barcelona and chelsea.
other teams they should be able to beat because they spend almost $600 million on building team crazy owners they have.

Watching Champions league on net i see AC milan got good result against barcelona, manchester city look very poor for team worth $500 million they can only get 1 point against Napoli of italy not impressed.
For me it is between barcelona and real madrid to win champions league 2012, sorry Manchester Utd fans.

I think the time of Barca supremacy is over. First in the league they drew 2-2 at home and now again versus Milan.
Although their play is still the best in the world, other teams are starting to figure them out and play accordingly. Barca's defense was always the weak spot and with teams now able to have at least some control on the match they manage to score more goals than in previous years.
I can see Real winning the Liga and one of Real, Man Utd or AC Milan winning the CL.

Rommel, I am not a ManCity fan but it was their first CL match in 43 years and players were bound to get nervous. They are a very good team in a really tough group so lets hold our judgement till they have played more matches.

I think its too soon to tell about Barca though. They have let slip leads in lsat two games but they still created plenty plenty of chances in those games.
But being a Real and Maurinho fan, I wouldnt mind Real winning La liga or CL. But I expect Chelsea to give good account both domestically and in CL.

ManCity is out too but well that was expected with their tough group.
Chelsea needed to beat Valencia on the last match day and they did it. Now thats a team of character and commitment!!! :k:

This year's CL favorite have to be Real Madrid. The ease with which they are winning their matches is equal to Barca's last year...

CL knockout round draws announced. Strange to not see ManU here but its their own fault. Milan V Arsenal is the standout match. Plus Chelsea v Napoli as well because Napoli did really well in group stages involving ManCity and Bayern.

Not that excited about the other draws to be honest, Real vs CSKA Moscow should be Real's for the taking. Arsenal and ACM should be alright too.

Semi finals played first leg this week.
Real lost to Bayern Munich 2 - 1. But still on course to win the tie in second leg.
Barca V chelsea first leg going on right now with Barca dominating at stamford bridge. Leading 1 - 0 so far.
