Hanging around with someone is one thing but being without your own opinion, doormatish is another. Why do you think chamchas/chamchis become that way? Fear? Lack of a healthy self image?
Re: Chamchas and chamchis
I agree to your post in its totality without even reading it :)

Ok , ok , all of the above is the right answer to your question. Ab Khush ?
Re: Chamchas and chamchis
I am so not that kind.
Re: Chamchas and chamchis
people become chamcha/chamchi because they have low self-esteem, and will do anything to get a person to like them. They feel like they need to act a certain way and think a certain way, or the other person wont like them. It's sad, but it does happen.
Re: Chamchas and chamchis
are u a chamchi ? niksik ?
Re: Chamchas and chamchis
Maybe they do it to fit in, to please others.... so they would be better accepted in "society" and everyone would say "ohhhh, she is sooooo sweet".... I have one acquaintance who's like that when she meets people at first.
Re: Chamchas and chamchis
Its usually people who have low self image...they think if they mimic someone who has better self esteem...it will make them better.
Re: Chamchas and chamchis
What’s wrong with attaching yourself to someone you think is a great person?
grabbing onto someones leg
:halo:
Re: Chamchas and chamchis
Lack of a good image, self-esteem etc. Also, the person they're being a "chamcha/chamchi" for can be someone they look up to..someone who MAKES them feel inferior, although they might not be and then uses them as a door mat. They can satisfy the chamcha/chamchi somehow by giving them social status for example..so the chamchi/chamchi keep coming back and find it hard to break away.
