Not necessarily.For instance even If I love someone & he smokes(hurts himself) I would hate it.
If he meets ppl whi constantly hurt hum in any way I would hate thise ppl.
Etc etc
By this criteria, most of the people will start considering their Mom as zehr, because Saas bohton ko zehr lagti hai
Again it is personal assessments. True love requires to give space to other party. Let him/her decide what is good for him/her. In this poem, the decision of separation is demanded just because one party does not like the affiliation of other party with other people.
If I dislike his smoking or the ppl he meets doesnt mean Im not giving him space.
When I ask him to stop meeting those ppl ,then,it will mean Im not giving him space.
Aur is poem mai sirf the ppl she doesnt like arent the issue.....breaking apart k bohot se reasons mention kiye hain & moreover poem k shuruwat mai he bata diya hai ki it wasnt mohabbat.sirf nasha tha.

Nahi...there is a difference between infatuation,lust & love.
Someone in love can never say ki it was nasha javani ka.Someone in love wont leave his/her love over trivial issues like the ones mentioned in the poem because love isnt kisi ko hasil krna.Love is in the heart ,even if the person you love isnt with you.
