What do you think , is the most challenging aspect of a jobsearch? is it preparing the CV right? or is it , connecting with the right people , agencies and marketing yourself ? or is it the interview or the personality tests ?

The toughest part is to stay consistent in search and not let disappointments drag you down and off your game, also if you are out of a job and looking for one, the balance between quick and ideal...that can be very tough.

Interview is the decision point for you and prospective employer, so it is the hardest part of the process.

Am I the only one who finds it challenging and difficult to deal with the personality testing that happens at various levels in organizations ? :bummer: I find them extremely annoying ..
