i asked the same question once, i wanted to be this way, i just heard my mil say im a chalako.....which is odd seeing as i dont think i am at all.

thats my definition. Because wo insaan itna chalak hota/hoti hay ke apnay chalak honay ko zahir nahin karta/karti aur innocent lagta hay.
While an innocent person, shows his/her chalaki aur thats his/her Biggest innocence!! :)
