hydroquinone will act as skin bleaching cream. The only difference with the ones bought over the counter compared to the prescribed ones is the strength of the cream. Generally the milder variations of the products bought over counter tend to be slightly less effective so will take longer to show results.
Has she tried microdermabrasion or face peels?
